Search > Nonprofits: Nonprofit Profiles

Five tabs offer year-over-year views. Each includes a year selector so you can jump to any filing year:

  • Financials — Revenue and expense charts and assets and liabilities charts by year are open to every type of account. Giving Compass Pro adds deeper insights for each year, including Months of Cash, Operating Results, Net Assets by Restriction, and the full filing detail.
  • Grants (Pro only) — Grants the organization gave. See total granted and grant count by year, top recipients, top issue areas, and a per-year grant list. You can also choose "All years" to see everything at once.
  • Funding (Pro only) — Grants the organization received. Filter by year or "All years." Each funder links to its own Grants page, so you can trace money in both directions.
  • People (Pro only) — Leadership, board, and staff for each filing year, with compensation details. Switch years to see how leadership changed over time.
  • Programs (Pro only) — What the organization did each year, with each program's expenses, revenue, and grants.

Giving Compass Explorer

You can also ask questions about a nonprofit's multi-year data in Giving Compass Explorer and get a summarized answer. Results can include details you can export in table format.

How many years will I see?

It depends on how many years the organization has filed. Organizations with longer filing histories show more years.
